SAN BERNARDINO, Calif., July 2, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- On Monday, July 7, 2025, the family of Mark Rosales will hold a press conference in front of the San Bernardino County District Attorney's Office at 303 west 3rd street, San Bernardino, CA 92415. Beginning promptly at 11:00AM, this pivotal event will be hosted by speakers (Spanish interpretation will be available) Moses Castillo, Private Investigator and Victim Advocate and Angelena Rosales, Mother of Mark Rosales. This event is aimed at engaging the community in the ongoing investigation into the death of Mark Rosales.

The press conference will address the July 2024 death of Mark Rosales, a pedestrian fatally struck by a speeding driver under the influence of methamphetamine. Despite compelling evidence, no criminal charges have yet been filed.

On June 23, 2025, new investigative findings were formally presented to the San Bernardino County District Attorney's Office. These findings support the possibility of alleged misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter charges under Penal Code §192(c), and potentially alleged gross negligence under §192(c)(3).
